At Hello Promo, we built our company to be nimble, approachable, and fiercely client-focused. Since 2014, we've carved out a niche delivering company store programs and curated merchandise programs for growing brands, always with heart. We're a full-service promotional products partner offering in-house embroidery, company stores, warehousing and fulfillment, and hands-on client care.
As our E-Commerce Developer, you’ll help build, launch, and support the company store programs that are becoming an increasingly important part of Hello Promo. You’ll work primarily within Liftoff Commerce, taking client needs and requirements and turning them into functional, intuitive, and scalable e-commerce experiences.
You’ll be hands-on with store builds and configuration, including products, pricing, users, permissions, budgets, approval workflows, shipping rules and other program functionality. You’ll also help support more complex needs like integrations, SSO, APIs, and multi-location programs. From technical QA and troubleshooting to ongoing enhancements, you’ll take ownership of making sure our stores work the way they’re supposed to.
You’ll work closely with our Account Director and account teams to manage development timelines, priorities, and dependencies; communicate roadblocks before they become problems; and help move projects from initial build through testing and launch. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just wait for the next task, but takes ownership, thinks ahead, and helps figure out the best way to get things done.
Most importantly, we want someone who enjoys solving problems and building better ways of working. As our e-commerce business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to help improve our processes, create more scalable solutions and play an important role in shaping how we deliver e-commerce programs at Hello Promo.
